BMH Feedgear have successfully supplied many customers with parts for rotary and in line labellers. The set up below is for a Krones Autocol 9 head labeller. Our experience with bottles which require label application onto a specific embossment within the bottle design is second to none. BMH have successfully supplied numerous customers with parts for side wall spotting as well as base spotting.

Shown below is a system for side wall spotting on a Kosme labeller.
BMH have developed a unique label platform cartridge to ensure the smoothest possible transfer at the infeed and discharge points of the labeller turret. On the left shows the cartridge at the infeed and discharge transfer point. To the right we see the cartridge after the clamping bell has exerted downward pressure upon the bottle. The cartridge also has key hole slots for ease of changeover and reducing down time.
